Boonhlue Yangsauy presented the story from various political situations, both closer and further to us, which came from the fast spread of news. Therefore, he conveyed it to the work with his feeling of mocking by using symbols and humour to reflect his personality towards the situation.

Home-Sawan Umansap : The artist from Khon Kaen Presented a story about 9 gemstones that are related tothe northeastern region that the artist is well acquainted with. They believed that if anyone hasall of them, it will be a very prosperous fortune. Those 9 gemstones are Diamonds, Ruby,Emerald, Topaz, Garnet, Sapphire (Nilkan), Mukdahan, Zircon and Paitoon. They areconsidered to be a symbol of planets and high a fortune for the owner. Whoever has it will be allprosperous , excellent, and receive all goodness.

Their behavior decaysmore and more in everyday and thus, create sadness inside them. They lost in their desire and lost in the unreal thing. The artist then use the teachings of the Buddha to express on his artwork to remind people the importance of making merit and finding peace in yourself in order to stay away from sadness.

Nattiwut Choomanowat : The expression of the artist’s imagination and motivation. He use the image of a banana wearing a beret to represent himself that he is a sensitive and fragile person just like a banana’s skin that is bright yellow but fragile; a little scratch may destroy the whole skin and it will finally be rotten. It can be compared to the short life of the artist and sometimes the drawing of the artist were commented that as easy to draw as peeling a banana skin.

Pat Yingcharoen : The image of Virgin and child has been replaced some part by image of victim from the modern world civil war to represent the connection between Messiah and the infant as lives  or the image of Virgin and child has been replaced some part by image of victim from the modern world persecution of minorities in South East Asia including both flowers and bible which have been replaced by candle and a skull to represent that sometimes image of lost and death could raise consciousness as well as image of religious celebration.

Prawit Lumcharoen :  From the “Sick Boy” exhibition, Prawit Ucharoen created a unique work. He brought thetechnique of portrait drawing and modify the drawing technique. Suwannee Sarakana express her work by using oil color and her own family as an inspiration. Thai symbol that were used in some of her works stands for the bond between mother and child. At this age the children will still need a lot of love from their parents; as they are still innocent, without a doubt the parents are the best thing ever in their eyes. Whatever happens, they will always love each other unconditionally.

Tewaporn Maikongkaew : In today’s society, the atmosphere of the decadence in the new world makes people fighting each other to get what they wanted. The desired to be an authority in the society  turned them into a selfish person. The person with more authority will oppress the person who stands below them. These things definitely create the decadence of the society, therefore people are wish to have a better life even though it is the hope that is unreal.
